Exploring contemporary culture, six wanabee performers from Aberbargoed and Gelligaer went to the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay. As experienced performers, they decided to make digital stories about their own successes and aspirations. Two of them had recently done well in a rock band competition. Two more had just taken part in a film for television; whilst another was a hardened dancer with many years of competitive success under her belt. Their hopes were summed up by one story, in which the storyteller dreams of being a fully blown celebrity. Maybe they’ll have their names in lights at the Wales Millennium Centre soon...
